The South Carolina Alliance of Health Plans (SCAHP) is a nonprofit association representing the state’s commercial health plans and Medicaid managed care organizations. The organization’s health plan members serve over 90% of all South Carolinians. For more than 25 years, the SCAHP has been the lead advocate for free market-driven innovation and affordable solutions to our state’s health care challenges. This includes providing the General Assembly, the Governor’s Office, state agencies, and relevant stakeholders with timely policy analysis, legislative and regulatory insight, and continuing educational opportunities on behalf of SCAHP members. managed care organization ASSESSED ANNUALLYFor Medicaid managed care organizations currently providing services in South Carolina.
